ZINFI UPM GuideConfigure Price Quote (CPQ) Management for Channel Partners

01

Introduction

The Configure Price Quote (CPQ) application in ZINFI UPM enables partners to view special pricing and access automated quote approval mechanisms provided by their vendor. The application allows vendors to define and manage product pricing across multiple business lines, and any pricing changes are automatically reflected in partner quotes.

The application provides full tracking of all quotes shared with the vendor, including granular access to sales cycle management details. It also allows the vendor's channel sales team to generate invoices in accordance with quotes and received purchase orders, bringing a systematic approach to PO receipt and invoicing while minimizing human error.

The end-to-end automation of invoice and PO management allows partners to manage all revenue-related activities within a single interface with deeper pipeline visibility.
