Introduction
ZINFI's UPM platform includes an advanced, integrated Learning Management Plus (LMS+) application that seamlessly connects partner users to e-learning standards-based content — SCORM, AICC, xAPI, and cmi5 compliant. The LMS+ application allows channel partner organizations to build training, assessments, and certification materials for their end users and deliver them online through browser-agnostic technology.
With ZINFI UPM's LMS+ application, your organization can train channel sales reps in "bite-size" increments using microlearning principles — administering, documenting, tracking, reporting on, and delivering multiple courses and training programs across the entire channel network.
Certifications Management
The LMS+ application makes it fast and easy for organizations to set up certification programs for channel sales, marketing, and technical teams. You can leverage existing SCORM, xAPI, cmi5, and AICC compliant courses and assessments or custom-develop your own. Key capabilities include:
Courses and Materials Management
The LMS+ application allows your organization to configure and associate multiple courses with a specific certification program. You can manage custom sections and course materials by uploading single-context materials/content and tracking assessments. The application interoperates with all SCORM, xAPI, AICC, and cmi5 content libraries, and supports:
Assessments Management
Learners are automatically assessed and receive ratings or grades based on their performance. These metrics become part of the learner's record and can be shared across multiple learning activities. Assessment management capabilities include:

Enrolled courses display a horizontal progress bar in both Card View and Thumbnail View, providing an at-a-glance visual representation of your learning progress without opening the course details page.
Configurable Assessment Retake
The LMS+ application supports a configurable assessment retake limit. The Attempted column in the Assessment table tracks how many attempts have been used out of the total allowed (e.g., 0/3, 1/3, 3/3).
- Enroll in an assigned course — the Attempted column shows 0/3 (no attempts used).
- Submit the assessment once — the count updates to 1/3. If the score is below passing, a Retake action appears.
- Retake the assessment until the total allowed attempts are exhausted (e.g., 3/3).
- After the final allowed attempt, the Retake action changes to Review — no further submissions are permitted.
- Scores are displayed based on the configured scoring logic after each submission.
