Social Syndication Management for Administrators

Archived Post

Overview

The Social Syndication Management module allows vendors to create and distribute social media content to their partners for co-marketing efforts. Over time, many social posts may be created and published. To maintain an organized and efficient content library, the platform provides a dedicated area for managing archived posts. This ensures that current and active content is easily accessible, while older or less relevant posts are moved to an archive without being permanently deleted.

Administrators can use this feature to review past social media campaigns, retrieve content for similar future initiatives, or perform cleanup by permanently deleting outdated posts. Each archived post retains its original content, including the message, associated links, and the platform it was intended for, providing a complete historical record of syndicated social content.

It serves as a historical record of past social content that was distributed through the platform, allowing administrators to review previous messaging.
