Overview
Effective management of vendor-side users is crucial for the smooth operation and security of any partner program. The UPM's User Management module allows administrators to define and control access for every internal team member interacting with the platform. This ensures that each user has the appropriate level of access based on their responsibilities, preventing unauthorized actions and maintaining data integrity. For example, a Program Manager might have broad access to manage partners and approve deals, while a Finance user's access could be restricted to financial reports and reward approvals only.
