View Certifications

Overview

Certifications are crucial for validating partner competency and ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively represent and sell products or services. The Enable module's Certification management functionality allows vendors to define, publish, and track partner certifications, which often gate access to higher tiers, specific programs, or advanced sales tools. By providing a clear overview of available certifications, this feature helps administrators understand the breadth of training opportunities and manage the learning paths offered to their partner ecosystem.

Accessing the Certifications Page

Click Enable → Learning → Certifications.

This screen displays a hierarchical view of certifications available within the Enable module, categorizing them into 'My Certifications' and 'All Certifications'. It provides an organized way for partners to view their earned credentials and explore other available certifications. The structure allows partners to easily navigate through different certification programs and understand their progress or options within the learning management system.

Click the All Certifications folder in the left navigation panel.

This filter dialog allows users to refine the displayed list of certifications within the Enable module. Apply the configured filter to view certifications matching the specified criteria.

Certification NameThe attribute representing the name of the certification.
ContainsThe operator selected for the 'Certification Name' filter, indicating that the certification name should include the specified text.
Mobile Up-SkillThe text value entered to filter certification names that contain 'Mobile Up-Skill'.
DurationThe attribute representing the duration of the certification.
EqualThe operator selected for the 'Duration' filter, indicating that the certification duration should exactly match one of the specified values.
01A selectable value for the 'Duration' filter.

Insert Filter Configuration NameA text input field to enter a name for saving the current filter configuration for future use.

Column Headings

ColumnDescription
IDA numerical identifier for each filter rule row.
Column NameThe name of the certification attribute to filter by, such as 'Certification Name' or 'Duration'.
OperatorThe comparison operator to use for the filter rule, such as 'Contains' or 'Equal'.
Search TextThe value to search for within the specified column, or a selection of predefined values.

This Filter dialog provides administrators with the capability to refine the display of data within the UPM, allowing for targeted analysis and management of records. Configure the filter criteria by selecting a field, operator, and value, then apply the filter to refine the data display.
