Mailing lists are fundamental to effective email marketing, enabling vendors and partners to segment their audience and deliver relevant content. Within UPM's Market module, the Mailing Lists feature provides a centralized repository for managing these crucial contact groups. This ensures that email campaigns, whether for lead nurturing, partner enablement, or promotional activities, reach the intended recipients efficiently and compliantly.
Administrators can define lists based on various criteria, import contacts from different sources, and maintain the accuracy of recipient data. Mailing Lists

Click Market in the top navigation bar, then click Emails in the left navigation panel to expand the sub-menu, then click Mailing Lists.

The Mailing Lists screen provides a comprehensive view of all email distribution lists configured within the UPM platform. These lists are crucial for both vendor-initiated and partner-executed email marketing campaigns, enabling targeted communication with prospects, customers, or partner contacts. This screen displays key information for each list, such as its name, the module it originates from (e.g., Prospects, Partner Contacts), and the number of recipients it contains. Users can manage these lists by adding new ones, creating custom views, or applying filters to quickly locate specific lists. The ability to manage mailing lists directly impacts the effectiveness and reach of marketing efforts across the entire partner ecosystem.
Click on "Mailing Lists" in the left navigation panel under the Emails section to view the list of all configured mailing lists.
