Overview
Effective partner management often involves strategic planning to align partner activities with vendor objectives. The Plans module provides the tools necessary for administrators to define the structure and content of these strategic plans through customizable templates. These templates can be tailored for different partner types or program levels, ensuring that partners focus on relevant goals, whether they are sales-focused, marketing-driven, or a combination of both.
Once templates are established, partners can create and submit their individual business plans based on these templates. Administrators can then review, approve, or reject these submissions, tracking the status of each plan through its lifecycle. This systematic approach to business planning helps in fostering a more structured and goal-oriented partner ecosystem, enabling better performance measurement and resource allocation.
