Overview
Market Development Funds (MDF) are financial incentives provided by vendors to partners to help fund marketing and sales activities. Partners submit MDF claims to request reimbursement for approved activities. This module provides administrators with the tools to efficiently review these claims, ensuring they align with approved MDF plans and activities before processing for payment. It integrates with the Incentivize module for financial tracking and payment workflows.

Viewing a Specific MDF Claim
This screen displays the comprehensive details of a specific Market Development Fund (MDF) claim, providing a consolidated view of the claim's financial information and associated activities. It serves as a central point for reviewing the status and components of an MDF claim before submission or further action. Administrators use this view to verify that the claim aligns with the approved MDF plan and to examine the individual marketing activities that constitute the claim. The screen presents key financial figures, such as the approved plan amount and the claimed amount, alongside the current status of the claim, which can be edited or submitted for approval from this interface. This detailed view is crucial for managing the workflow of MDF reimbursements, ensuring transparency and accuracy in partner marketing fund utilization.
