Leads Management for Administrators

Prospect Details

Overview

In the UPM platform, 'Prospects' represent individuals or companies that are potential candidates for becoming customers or partners, but have not yet been fully qualified as 'Leads' or registered as 'Deals'. This module provides administrators with the tools to manage these early-stage opportunities, allowing for systematic tracking and engagement before they enter the formal sales pipeline. Effective management of prospects is crucial for building a robust sales funnel and ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities for both the vendor and its partners.

Administrators can import prospects, assign them to specific users or partners, apply scoring rules to prioritize engagement, and ultimately convert them into qualified leads or even directly into registered deals. This capability streamlines the initial outreach and qualification process, ensuring that resources are focused on the most promising opportunities and that the transition from a potential contact to an active sales engagement is smooth and trackable.
