Overview
Email marketing is a crucial component of partner-led demand generation. To ensure brand consistency and compliance while empowering partners, the platform provides a library of co-brandable email templates. These templates are pre-designed by the vendor, often associated with specific marketing campaigns, and allow partners to easily launch email initiatives without starting from scratch.
Administrators use this module to review the details of these templates, including their content and associated campaigns, ensuring they meet program standards before being made available to partners. This facilitates efficient content syndication and enables partners to quickly execute approved email campaigns.
Accessing and Viewing Email Templates
Click View under the "Server Widget VPN" email template.
Reviewing Template Details and Content
This screen displays the detailed view of a specific email template within the Email Marketing Management module. Email templates are reusable, branded email designs that vendors create for partners to use in co-marketing campaigns, as outlined in the Market module's campaign creation and email execution workflows. This view provides a comprehensive overview of the template's configuration, including its name, associated marketing tactic, the campaign it belongs to, and a visual representation of the email's content. Administrators use this screen to review the template's design and details before it is made available for partner use, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to campaign objectives.
