The platform's Contract Templates module allows administrators to define and maintain all necessary legal documents, such as Terms & Conditions, Partner Agreements, and specific program agreements. These templates are essential for onboarding new partners, defining their roles and responsibilities, and outlining the terms of engagement, including commissions, incentives, and marketing development funds.
By centralizing contract template management, the platform ensures that all partners are presented with consistent and up-to-date legal documents. Accessing Contract Templates
Click Contracts in the left navigation menu to expand the section, then click Contract Templates.
Viewing Contract Template List
This screen displays a comprehensive list of contract templates available within the platform, which are used for various agreements with partners. Each entry provides details such as the template's name, a unique contract ID, the type of contract, the year it is applicable for, and its active status. This view allows administrators to review and manage the standardized agreements that govern partner relationships and program participation.
